Henan Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau spot-checked 19 batches of friction material products, all of which passed.

In the fourth quarter of 2015, the Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted provincial supervisory spot checks on the quality of 31 products, including heating radiators. According to the results of the provincial supervisory spot check of friction materials published on September 8th on the bureau's official website, 19 batches of friction material products from 15 enterprises in six prefecture-level cities (Puyang, Anyang, Nanyang, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, and Jiaozuo) were sampled, all of which met the standard requirements. This inspection was based on GB/T11834-2011 "Friction plates for industrial and agricultural machinery", GB5763-2008 "Brake linings for automobiles", QC/T226-1997(2005) "

　　This inspection was based on GB/T11834-2011 "Friction plates for industrial and agricultural machinery", GB5763-2008 "Brake linings for automobiles", QC/T226-1997(2005) "Technical conditions for motorcycle and light motorcycle brake shoe assemblies", and "Implementation plan for the fourth batch of friction material product quality supervision and spot checks in Henan Province in 2015". The inspection examined the appearance quality, dimensional deviation, friction coefficient, wear rate, allowable deviation of specified friction coefficient, and appearance quality of test pieces after testing of the friction material products.
